Q and A time用法中time一字為不可數名詞，故其前不可加不定冠詞"a"，若是以Q and A session表示時則可以用不定冠詞，如There will be a Q and A session after the presentation.

"Time" here is an uncountable noun. A countable substitute, such as "session" can be used with "a" here, e.g. "There will be a Q and A session after the presentation".
