Which is right?

用superior一字比較二物時，其後需接to不可接than。inferior一字亦為相同用法。

"Superior" is not a comparative like "taller" or "more beautiful". It therefore should not be followed by "than". The correct preposition to follow it is "to". "Inferior" behaves the dame way as "superior".
